What are the hours of camp?
9:30AM-4:30PM
Where are drop-offs and pick-ups?
All drop-offs and pick-ups will take place from the A-field (4 Montauk Avenue).
Do you provide before and after care?
Yes, there is an additional cost for before and after care. Before care starts at 7:30am and after care runs until 6pm.
What is your staff-to-camper ratio?
The state requirement is a 10 to 1 ratio. Camp WML has consistently maintained an average of 6 or 7 to 1.
Do you provide lunch?
Most campers pack their own lunch. There is also an option for families to order lunch from Simply Gourmet. Each family sets up their own account and lunches are delivered to the camp.
What do I need to send with my child every day?
Your child will need a swimsuit, towel and sunblock.
What happens when it rains?
We always have a rainy day schedule plan. Campers may go out to see a movie, a local bowling alley, play organized games at our WML facility, or other indoor activities. Keeping updated on weather conditions, possible heavy storms will be considered.
How old are counselors and how are they selected?
NJ State Law requires counselors be at least 16 years old. Camp WML counselors range from 16 to 20+ with so many of our staff returning year after year. Our grade Level supervisors are all over the age of 18, with most being teachers on summer break.
